Each year, more than 2,000 Pennsylvania FFA members, advisors, supporters, and industry partners gather at Penn State University for the Pennsylvania FFA State Convention. The event celebrates student achievement, recognizes excellence in agricultural education, and provides leadership development opportunities. Members also compete in Career and Leadership Development Events, showcasing the knowledge and skills they have developed throughout the year while connecting with fellow members from across the Commonwealth.

Elected by a nominating committee of 8 of their peers during the Pennsylvania FFA State Convention, the Pennsylvania FFA State Officer Team serves as the voice of Pennsylvania FFA members.
