Events, Conferences and Conventions

The New Century Farmer conference brings together FFA members and alumni between the ages of 18-24 for an all-expenses-paid week of exploring diverse farm business operations, learning from industry experts, and networking with other young producers. New Century Farmers also develop a vision statement that will guide the future of their operation.

This is a powerful professional and personal development experience that is offered at no cost to members. More information about the conference can be found here. Applications can be found here.

Over 1900 Pennsylvania FFA Chapter members are able to participate in this two-day conference, held during FOUR weekends in February.  During the conference, attendees participate in workshops to learn about social skills, leadership, teamwork, and more!  Sponsorship opportunities are available.   To learn more about sponsorship opportunities for this leadership event, see the document below.

The State Legislative Leadership Conference is held annually in March.  This conference teaches over 400 FFA members about the legislative process.  Teaching today's youth how government works is vital to the future of our industry and our country.  Students debate actual bills and conclude the conference by sharing breakfast with their Legislators.  Sponsorship opportunities are available for this leadership event.  To learn more about how to support Pennsylvania FFA members attending this event, please see the document below or contact Sarah Sparks.

• 200-250  members - may bring   8 students.
• 251-299  members - may bring   9 students.
• 300-349  members - may bring 10 students.
• 350 plus members - may bring 11 students
