The Summer Conference of the Pennsylvania Association of Agricultural Educators is held annually to conduct the business of the association and to provide opportunities for professional development, strategic planning, and building partnerships.  For more information, click here.

The National Agriscience Teacher Ambassador Academy (NATAA) has over 15 years of successfully cultivating agriscience and inquiry-based learning in agricultural education. The Academy serves to train agriculture teachers on how to enhance the science that is already present in agriculture, as well as develop students as problem solvers and thinkers through the inquiry-based teaching method.  For more information, click here.

CSATS is a leader in transforming precollege STEM education, contributing to the university’s land-grant mission in a 21st-century context by leveraging the research being done at Penn State. The Global Teach Ag Network hosts an online community of educators. This community is free to join and includes the following:

• Open feed to ask questions and network with over 1,200 educators in 48 countries

EF Education First will be taking a group of CTAE leaders on a professional learning tour to the Dominican Republic over President’s Day weekend, February 13-17, 2025.  This scholarship program provides the opportunity to travel with a group of leaders in CTAE education from across the US.

Program Description: 
EF Education First (www.ef.edu) is offering a travel scholarship to leaders in CTAE education across the US.  Three scholarships will be awarded exclusively to CTAE Administrators in Pennsylvania.  Applicants will be invited to participate in a virtual interview.  Winners will be selected on the basis of their interest in and commitment to creating global education programs that help students explore career pathways and supporting CTAE initiatives within their state.  Scholarship recipients will participate in a 5-day CTAE Exploration and Professional Development program hosted by EF Educational Tours (www.eftours.com) in the Dominican Republic. These programs are designed to help educators: 

1. Connect with like-minded and professionally compatible CTAE educators from across the US in an international setting to create professional networks
2. Explore innovations in CTAE industries and new career pathways in international settings
3. Create innovative programs upon return to help students explore CTAE beyond the classroom
